Taking place on Sundays, enabling you to go deeper by alternating qigong practice periods with longer guided and silent meditations. Use them to let go of the week that’s gone and prepare for the next. These retreats are timed so that they can be joined live during daytime from CET to Pacific time zones.

A a chance for you to enrich your qigong practice with some more detailed practical and theoretical teaching on particular themes with time for questions and discussion.
The workshops are recorded so that you can attend them live and/or watch them later in your own time.
Day & Multi-day Retreats
Offered through various established insight meditation or mindfulness teaching organisations. These are a good way to bring these practices and qigong together.
Unless otherwise specified, no prior experience of either qigong or meditation is necessary.
