Coaching for mindful movement teachers
We are happy to offer, online or in person as circumstances permit:
To refine your personal practice, build on learning from class, or allow you to learn at your own pace with teaching that is tailored for you. You can also invite your friends or family.
For those wanting to share some qigong-based mindful movement in your classes or events, either generally or with a particular group or context in mind.
For either of the above in the Oxford area, in your local park, garden or home, subject to any current Covid 19 guidelines.
